The Shop

The little shop at the lapa has all the necessary groceries that one might need throughout your stay at the spa.

Payment:

50% deposit required within 7 days of making a booking to secure your booking.

Cancelation Policy:

More than 30 days prior to arrival: 50% charge on full booking total
Less than 30 days prior to arrival: 100% charge on full booking total

All Bookings:

Check in times from 2pm only.
Check out time before 10am. Guests can still enjoy the pools and Restaurant they just need to return the key and evacuate the accommodation.
Linen is supplied in all accommodation.
Towels are not supplied in the units, they can be rented from Reception. This excludes the bath houses.
2 Night Weekend Policy: Only bookings for both Friday and Saturday nights will be accepted over weekends.
Long weekends: a minimum booking of 3 or 4 nights is required. Regret Saturday and Sunday nights only do not apply.

Important Notices:

We regret no music allowed.
Day visitors welcome but by prior arrangement only during school/public holiday period.
No Pets allowed.
